Day 1- Learn how psychology and psychiatry was established and why it is relevant. Some confusing information will be clarified, There are many myths, mistakes and reasons why people-are confused by mental health.
Day 2- We talk about why there are many myths around mental health. We look at some basic psychological concepts and how they relate to health.
Day 3- We break down some facts around diagnosis. We discuss some conditions including Psychosis.
Day 4- Here we discuss why knowledge of how research is conducted is an important part of effectively addressing mental health conditions.
Day 5- The final day, we talk about CHANGE—there are things we can control to dramatically improve many ares of our life.
